What to do
Three steps, no jargon
A few quick questions, then your name and number. Takes about 30 seconds.
A senior advisor gets in touch today, not in a few days. Fifteen minutes, straight answers.
If we are a fit, we quote a fixed monthly fee. If not, no hard feelings.
In their words
Here’s what our clients have to say
“Adrian and the Float team are the most organised and professional accountants I’ve ever worked with by far. They have been instrumental in helping our small business grow.”
“I’ve been using Float Accounting for a few years now and couldn’t be happier with their service. They’re professional, reliable and always take the time to explain things clearly. The whole process feels easy and stress-free.”
“I have been running my design practice for almost 14 years and have had some utterly horrible experiences with accountants during that time, however I was referred to Float Accounting and it’s made all the difference.”
Questions
Before you call
What happens on the call?
A senior advisor calls you. We ask about your business, your structure, and what is currently being handled, then walk you through where the gaps are and roughly what it would cost to fix them. There is no slide deck and no upsell. It costs nothing, and there is no obligation to continue afterward.
I already have an accountant.
Most of our clients did too. The real question is not whether you have one, it is whether they are actively planning ahead for you or just lodging your return once a year and calling it done. This call will tell you which one you have, and if your current setup is genuinely working, we will tell you that honestly instead of trying to win you over anyway.
Is switching a hassle?
We handle almost all of it for you. We request your records from your current accountant, transfer your ATO connections, and get you set up properly in our systems. It usually takes about a week start to finish, and the only thing we typically need from you is a signature or two along the way.
My books are behind.
That is common, and it is fixable. On the call we will tell you exactly what it takes to get caught up, roughly how long it will take, and what it costs, before you commit to anything. Being behind is not something to be embarrassed about, it is exactly the kind of problem we deal with every week.
